Great location—just a short walk to the stunning caldera views and restaurants. Only a few minutes walk to the excellent new Archeological Museum. Bus station just around the corner; standard 2 Euro charge to travel anywhere on the island, including to the amazing archeological site of Akratiri. Exceptional service by reception staff who were always keen to provide good advice and give appropriate recommendations. Very wide choice of high quality items for buffet breakfast - slightly different every day and always with attentive service by the waiting staff. Two large pools, plenty of sunbeds and pool bar which is an unusual benefit this close to the town centre.

Great spot to be with kids as the pools are large, so perfect for an afternoon session to wind down after site-seeing before dinner. The hotels on the caldera side simply do not have the same amount of space available, so, as long as you don't need a caldera view, this place is great: bigger common areas, huge pools, etc. Its also across the road from a supermarket, which made a huge difference for us, with kids, to get supplies, make our own lunches, etc. We could then walk across the road to the caldera walk through Fira for the view, site-seeing, lavish dinners with a sunset view, etc...all within a 5 minutes walking radius

The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the stunning caldera views and close to everything you need (restaurants, stores, central bus station etc.). The staff truly stand out for their exceptional service. They were consistently proactive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Whether we had questions about the hotel or needed recommendations for exploring Santorini, they were always eager to help. I would 100% recommend to anyone coming to Santorini.

Hotel is fantastic, beautifully kept, Pool area is amazing and so are the cocktails. Very relaxing atmosphere and the hotel is in a brilliant area, so close to the town with supermarket and chemist opposite the hotel. There was plenty to choose at breakfast time for all , including for our friend who is is dairy intolerant. Staff would obtain anything additional if asked.
